The Nigerian U-23 national team, the Dream Team VI have progressed to the next stage of the All African Games after beating their Gabonese counterparts, 2-0 at the Abuja national stadium on Saturday.
The duo of Segun Oduduwa and Junior Ajayi gave the Siasia-led team the two goals in the second leg of the qualifiers to progress on a 6-1 aggregate after the first leg ended 4-1 in Libreville.
The two goals came in the second half of the game, with the opener in the 68th minute before Ajayi doubled the lead three minutes before final whistle.
The Sia-one side have now been drawn against Zambia in the final qualifying round in order to pick a ticket to Mozambique.
The first leg of the match against Zambia will take place on March 21 in Abuja. Goal
