Enyimba international of Aba have ended the first stanza of the Nigeria professional Football League on Sunday, after beating Rangers international 2-1 on Sunday.
The two time CAF champions league winners are now joint league leaders with Sunshine Stars, who defeated Relegation bound FC Taraba in Akure with 36 points apiece but lead on goals advantage.
Meanwhile, Enyimba midfielder, Kingsley Uluocha, has said that ending the first half on top of the league table, adding that they are on course to winning the title at the end of the NPFL season.
"It is a nice feeling..... Is an indication of a better second half of the league."

The 21-year old play-maker told tomiwababalola.blogspot.com that their success over Sunshine last Wednesday was due to his side's hard work, saying the success boosted their confidence to beat the Flying Antelopes in front of their home fans on Sunday.
