Enyimba's Kingsley Sokari has revealed that his deal with a Tunisian side, Esperance has been duly completed and will join his country-man, Emem Eduok in the Tunisian topflight.
The Flying Eagles midfielder, who has been invited by the Dream Team VI coach for the Congo clash next weekend in the African U-23 Championship disclosed that he will join his new side after the game in Congo.
The 20-year old playmaker joined Esperance of Tunisia from two-time CAF champions league winner, Enyimba Football Club of Aba, where he has spent the last two seasons.
Sokari is among the five new players called up by U-23 Eagles coach Samson Siasia for the crucial return leg fixture against the Congolese in Pointe Noire.
He revealed to completesportsnigeria.com that he has delayed his departure to the North African country due to his engagement with the dream team.
“I’m joining Esperance immediately after the Congo game,” the 20-year-old divulged to completesportsnigeria.com.
“Though there are still some little details to be finalized, everything will be sorted out hopefully by next week.”
The midfielder will join another Nigerian, Emem Uduok, at the club.
