Transfer: Schweinsteiger Agrees A Three Year Deal With United

Manchester United are on the verge of landing German 2014 world cup winner, Bastian Schweinsteiger, from Bayern Munich in a three-year contract worth €10 million (£7.1m) per season while the Bundesliga champions would earn €20m (£14.3m) in the deal.

United, who are on the verge of losing their goalkeeper, David De Gea to Real Madrid are reportedly waiting on Bayern to sanction the deal so as to finalise the transfer and unveil the player.

Meanwhile, United have told Real Madrid that they won't accept any offer below €40 million (£28.7m) from David De Gea, if the goalkeeper must leave the club this summer.

The Galacticos would be hell bent of signing the 24-year old Spanish goalkeeper as Iker Casillas is almost completing his move to Porto in an undisclosed fee.

Keylor Navas has also threaten to quit Real Madrid this summer after failing to secure a regular place and could now be used in a swapdeal for David De Gea from Manchester United.

Major League Soccer are willing to offer Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez a salary worth $10 million (£6.4m) per year.

Liverpool are willing to keep Raheem Sterling on the bench next season if Manchester City do not bid £50 million for the winger.
