I'm Not Satisfied; Siasia Laments After Nigeria Beat Gambian Club 3-0

Nigeria U23 coach, Samson Siasia, has expressed disappointment at his side's performance despite beating Gambia's top league side, Real Banjul 3-0.

Warri Wolves star, Etebo Oghenkaro scored all three goals for the Dream Team VI with opener in the 25th minute from the penalty spot after skipper Sincere Seth was brought down inside the box.

Oghenekaro doubled the lead at the start of the second half, before he completed his treble minutes later after he was set up by Stanley Dimgba.

Meanwhile, Siasia, whose mother is still with her abductors said he was disappointed with the way the team played in the first half, adding that they should not be missing chances to score goals after creating them.

"I'm not impressed with what my boys displayed, I expected them to let their dominance count in front of goal and if they can't convert these chances then we will be in trouble in Senegal. We will keep on working on them and hopefully they will get it right," said the coach, whose team are getting set for the U23 AFCON in Senegal at the end of this month.

The boys have now been given a day rest and will return on Monday to play their second test game against the Gambia U20 team.

The encounter billed to kick off by 4pm will be played at the Independence Stadium in Banjul. Africanfootball
