One of the first things I learnt as a photo-journalism student was that pictures speak more than one thousand words.
Earlier this month, we observed that there seemed to be a budding friction between the Lagos State Sports Commission chairman, Deji Tinubu and Femi Sokoya of the Lagos State table tennis association chairman, which we reported because we vowed to serve you reports that comes to us.
Following our initial report, we went a step further to get their opinion on the matter but, contrary to our observation, both parties denied the allegation, with one of them insulting us to stop spreading needless rumours.
Mr. Deji Tinubu replied us on his twitter handle that there was no problem whatsoever, claiming it was all rumour, while Femi Sokoya, in a telephone conversation said: "There's no problem between Deji Tinubu and I, so I don't know where you people are getting your rumours from. So you people should stop spreading unrealistic rumours."
These are two major pictures taken from that event, as as we described in the first part of this write up, we brought it to your esteemed view that the chairman of the Lagos State Table Tennis association was not seated on the special guests table.

Just when we thought that was a mistake, Mr. Sokoya was also missing in action when dignitaries at the event took pictures.
Hopefully, the above pictures will correct the notion that we just don't write for the sake, but bring to the notice of our esteemed readers, the happenings in our sporting environment, you, reading this piece will be able to draw your conclusions from the picture we are trying to paint.
Like we said in our first post on this matter, we are not trying to cause an issue but ask the parties involved, if there was, solve it and lets move sports forward in our environment.
