Arsenal have dropped to third position on the EPL log after losing to Chelsea at the Emirate stadium on Sunday.
The Arsene Wenger side who have enjoyed the leadership of the league for sometime were beaten by the Premier League defending champions courtesy of Diego Costa's 23rd minute strike.
The Blues have now moved a step up on the log as against the
14th position they have kept since the dismissal of former coach, Jose Mourinho last December, while Arsenal are now two points behind Leicester City, but are on the same point with Manchester City, who drew against West Ham United on Saturday.
Per Mertesacker was sent out of the game in the 18th minute of the game before Costa's lone goal of the game.
