Barcelona legend, Carles Puyol, has described Tottenham boss, Mauricio Pochettino as one of the best managers in the Premier League at the moment, after putting the White Hart Lane amongst the top four teams on the log after 22 EPL games

The 43-year-old has has only lost three games from a total of 22 far in the Barclays Premier League this season, and with a lot more consistent and injury free team, they might just be heading back to Champions league football next season.

And Puyol, who faced Pochettino when the Argentine played in La Liga for Espanyol, insists the 43-year-old’s track record speaks for itself.

"I think he is a very good coach, one of the best," Carles told Spurs TV. 

"He has proved it in every team he has been.

"I like his way of understanding football. He likes good football, but with players who show intensity. Goal
