Enyimba FC Captain Reveals He Will Quit Enyimba If He Gets Good Offer

Chinedu Udoji has disclosed that he will quit Enyimba to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere provided the offer made for him is acceptable before the kick off of the league season in 2016.

The seven time Nigeria Professional Football league title winners
are currently in Uyo vying for the Super Four championship title.

The 26-year-old insisted that he has nothing else to prove to the club in his almost seven seasons career at the club, adding that a better offer will lead him out of the Aba Township Stadium outfit.

“I have paid my dues in the Nigerian league, even though I have not stayed as long as some other players but if I get a better offer I will leave,” Udoji told Goal.

“If I get an offer where I can make more money and make myself happy while also winning trophies, I will definitely leave.

“I am waiting on God’s time but as soon as I get that offer, I will take a look at it with my family and if it is good for us, I will move.”

“It is not like I just want to leave Enyimba, I just want to take my career to the next level, and if that offer comes, I will have to move,” he said further.

He is however, still with the club in Uyo, where they have been playing in the Super 4 pre-season tournament ahead of their commitments in the Nigeria Professional Football League and Caf Champions. Goal
