Nigeria's Vincent Enyeama Ranked 6th Best Goalkeeper In Europe

Former Super Eagles captain, Vincent Enyeama, has been ranked sixth among top tem Europe's best goalkeepers for the 2015/16 season by the Swiss-based CIES Football Observatory.

The 2013 African Cup of Nations winner finished behind the likes of bayern Munich number
one, Manuel Neuer, Atletico Madrid's Jan Oblak, Gianluigi Buffon of Juventus, Kevin Trapp of PSG and Claudio Bravo of Barcelona. 

The goal keepers were judged by the number of goals conceded per match, number of minutes per goal, number of passes per match, number of saves per match, number of saves per goal conceded and the percentage of saves.

The last four on the list after Enyeama are Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris, Alphonse Areola of Villareal, Keylor Navas of Real Madrid and Pepe Reina of Napoli in the list of 10.

The former Enyimba of Aba goalkeeper, who's the Eagles most capped player after retired Joseph Yobo ended his over one decade with the national team last September, after a short misunderstanding between himself and the former manager, Sunday Oliseh.
