Enyimba Does Not Fear Zamalek- Theophilus Afelokhai

Theophilus Afelokhai has admitted that Zamalek will be a tough team for Enyimba to handle, but said he hopes the two-time CAF champions league winner will kick off their group B campaign with a win this weekened.

The former Kano Pillars shot stopper was on form to push Enyimba to the group stage after saving a

couple of penalties in their last game against Etoile du Sahel in Tunisia.

The Nigerian league champions will host five-time African champions, Zamalek on Saturday at the Adokiye Amasiemaka Stadium in Port Harcourt and Afelokhai has been bullish ahead of the game.
"We hope to start the competition well by winning, but we also understand we have a good team as opponents," he told AfricanFootball.com

"They have won the competition several times and they will be coming with a lot of confidence and experience and we must be ready for that."

Enyimba are themselves two-time champions of the competition and Afelokhai posited that it will be a tight encounter.

"I think it will be tight, because we are also former champions of the competition and they will have that at the back of their minds too," he predicted. Africanfootball
