Shooting Stars head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote, has expressed satisfaction after the Oluyole defeated NPFL defending champions, Enyimba international 1-0 at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan on Sunday.
Ibrahim Ajani won the Nigeria Professional Football league week 22 fixture for his side with a 22nd
minute flying header, to mark Ogunbote's second win out the three games he has played since he returned to Shooting.
Meanwhile, Paul Aigbogun, congratulated their host, saying that his side gave their best, but it wasn't good enough for the Oluyole Warriors, who were determined not to drop any more point.
"I'm pleased with the outcome of the. Enyimba are a big team and this result is good for Shooting Stars," Ogunbote told LMC
Enyimba coach, Paul Aigbogun, was sad that despite all of the hardwork of his team, they failed to come off with a result from their trip to Ibadan.
Aigbogun said: "I praised my team for playing their best in Ibadan, sadly we lost after working so hard."
Enyimba are currently seventh with 31 points, one above MFM FC and just seven points below league leaders, Wikki Tourists, while Shooting are still in the relegation zone, as they visit storm Lagos in match day 23 next Sunday.
