D'Tigers Clash Against Argentina Will Now Hold On Monday

The friendly game between Nigeria's D'Tigers and Argentina will now hold on July 18th and 20th as against the July 15th date we brought to you earlier on Friday.

The Nigeria senior national basketball team, who are putting finishing touches to their Olympics preparations will come up against one of their group stage foes at the soon to commence Rio Olympics in Brazil,

Coach William Voigt's men lost to Argentina in the recently participated four nation tournament in China, and the Nigerian Olympics bound team are hoping to get their tactics right with the South American team.

D'Tigers moved to Las Vegas from their Los Angeles camp on Friday to get set for the double header against the Argentineans on Monday and Wednesday.

The African champions currently ranks 25th on FIBA Ranking, and they will be battling host country, Brazil, Lithuania, Argentina, Spain and Croatia in Group B of the Men’s Olympic Basketball Tournament.

D'Tigers will dunk off its Olympic Basketball campaign against Argentina on August 7 Carioca Arena 1 in Rio de Janeiro, followed by games against Lithuania and Spain on the 9th and 11th of August 2016 respectively.

The 2016 Olympic Basketball Tournament will take place in Rio from 05 to 21 August 2016.
