Former Super Eagles coach and player, Austin Eguavoen, has charged Nigerians to support the new Super Eagles coach, regardless of who the new coach person will be.
The Nigeria Football Federation will on Monday interview the three shortlisted for the job- Salisu Yusuf, Paul Le Guen and Tom Steinfeit.
Eguavoen added that with the array of talents Nigeria has got all over the world, the new coach is bound to succeed, only if the authority will not force players on him.
"Nigeria is blessed with talented players all over and players must not be forced on the coach.
"I'm also asking Nigerians to support whoever becomes the coach of the Super Eagles."
Nigeria are in group B of the 2018 FIFA world cup qualifiers with Algeria, Zambia and Cameroon, and the Eagles first game will be against Zambia on the third of October.
