Ahead of the June 13 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Chad, Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, picked eight home based players from the initial twenty-six invited to camp.
Regulars like Gbolahan Salami, Azubuike Egwuekwe and goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi were selected and five others were added to them.
The 2013 Afcon winning coach said that the selected home-based players would be joined by the fifteen invited foreign based professionals for the final phase of preparations for Nigeria's opening 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Kaduna next weekend.
