Vincent Enyeama, Seven Others Arrive Super Eagles Camp For Chad Clash

Ahead of the African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Chad Republic, the Super Eagles camp in Abuja has been boosted with the arrival of some European based footballers.

The 2013 African Champions in their quest to reach the Afcon finals in 2017 are in the same group with Egypt, Chad and Tanzania.

Players like Lille of France goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, SS Lazio of Italy midfielder, Ogenyi Onazi are among the early arrivals to the camp.

Watford FC striker, Jude Ighalo, who recently helped his side promoted to the English Premier League football for the coming season, Israel base John Ogu, Babatunde Michael, Leon Balogun Steven Ukoh, Anderson Esiti and William Troost Ekong have also arrived camp.

These new arrivals, including the home based players, who have been in camp had their first training this evening while others will join the Abuja camp in the coming days.

The Super Eagles missed out of the 2015 edition of the once-in-two years championship, staged in Equitorial Guinea early this year due to their failure to qualify on the last day of the qualifying campaign. NFF
