A top official of the Nigeria Football Federation has disclosed that the Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh has insisted that friendly games must be organised for the national team in October's FIFA window.
The official, who pleaded anonymous also said that the team Nigeria will play have not been decided yet but insisted that Nigeria will definitely play during the international break in October.
“I can’t really say what teams the Super Eagles will play or where the venue will be,” a source close to the NFF president said.
“But I can assure you that those Fifa windows won’t go to waste,” he added.
The Super Eagles drew 0-0 against Tanzania last Saturday in an African Cup of Nations qualifiers before proceeding to Port Harcourt to beat Niger 2-0.
