Dolphins Olawale Isiaka has joined others to blame the Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh for the unfortunate situation in Belgium which led to the early retirement of Vincent Enyeama from the national team.
The NPFL veteran, explained that indeed, the coach has every right to make anybody his captain but insisted that the strategy Oliseh employed was uncalled for.
"Don't have much to say,but I think where Oliseh got it wrong was when he collected the captain's armband from him (Enyeama) without not inviting Enyeama privately which also shows that he respects player."
"I don't mean that it's wrong for Oliseh to have taken the captainship armband from Enyeama, but the coach should have shown more respect for the most capped player in the team."
"That's only tins I saw there."
"Yes for sure, but I think they need to build another goalkeeper because Enyeama will soon leave d Eagles."
"If Enyeama decides to stay, it'll be good for the young goalkeepers can because they will be encourage by him and his experience is still relevant in d team for now."
"101 caps no be sere sere,(101 caps is not easy to attain in a national team)."
"Yes, buh we need to be patient wth him nd also give him time nd believe in him."
"Yes, because he's a goalkeeper so far he was active nd still playing regularly in his team."
"Even Enyeama can still go another 5 years in the goal post for Nigeria Because he is leaving a very good life as a footballer."
"For now is d man, because is the one in charge so let us support him nd pray for him,"
"One thing about him is that he's a very discipline man and above all, I pray for God's favour to play under him someday."
"If he fails, Nigerians will definitely criticize him."
