Flying Eagles winger, Musa Yahaya, has been ruled out of Sunday’s CAF U-23 Championship qualifier in Congo after going AWOL in Dream Team's camp in Port Harcourt.
The Tottenham Hotspur youngster came in as a substitute when Junior Ajayi's two goals gave the Samson Siasia led boys a slim victory over their Congolese opponent previous Sunday.
It was understood he later sought permission to leave camp and later return, but he has since stayed away from the team.
Meanwhile, Turkey-based forward Umar Aminu and Shehu Abdullahi from Portuguese club Uniao da Madiera have joined up with the Dream Team VI.
Shehu was initially ruled out for the encounter after he suffered an injury in a pre-season game, but he has since been cleared by his Portuguese club and has arrived Nigeria.
The country’s Olympic team are scheduled to play a test match against Abuja College by 4pm Wednesday in Abuja before they fly out Thursday afternoon via Ethiopia for Congo. Africanfootball
