Shooting Stars striker, Nojeem Oluokun, has attributed their victory over Heartland at the Rojenny stadium in Oba to coach Gbenga Ogunbote's encouragement before the game.
The Oluyole Warriors striker revealed that the coach urge them to forget their first leg defeat and focus on turning the situation to their favour, even while away from home in the rescheduled Week 22 League.
The coach Gbenga Ogunbote’s men recorded an emphatic 3-1 victory over their host on Monday morning to end a 10-year winless streak on the road in the League.
"It was a good game we had yesterday, we lost the first leg so the Coach spoke to the team about playing our game with the belief that victory was certain.And we were lucky enough to pick the maximum points."
