The current Nigeria Professional Football League highest goal scorer, Tunde Adeniji has disclosed that he's all out to break Mfoh Udoh's goal record this season.
The Enyimba international forward set an NPFL all time goal scorer last season with 23 goals, smashing Emem Eduok's record previous season.
Adeniji, who was on target for his side during their week 21 fixture against Sharks leads the park with 12 goals, one goal more than Heartland's Ejike Bright.
Adeniji also disclosed that he hopes his goals would help his side dethrone Kano Pillars as league champions.
"My target is to break the record created by Mfon Udoh last season. He scored 23 goals and my target is to go pass that record," Adeniji told AfricanFootball.com
"I know Bright Ejike of Heartland is behind me, but I am not concerned about that because my focus is to ensure that I keep scoring to help my team remain on top of the NPFL."
