Manchester United Goal Drought Disturbs Van Gaal

Manchester United manager, Louis van Gaal, has lamented his side's lack of scoring goals following their goalless draw against West Ham United at Old Trafford.

The Dutch man said it can be frustrating to create chances but fail to bury them, saying that the team cannot win any title if this trend continues.

Van Gaal explained that the fans must understand that they are trying to score and win games, but also insisted that they must appreciate the fact that the Red Devils are fighting so hard, adding that the possession football they are playing will definitely earn them victories subsequently.

"I think that we played a very good match, it's only we have to score. You must score out of the kind of chances we created. You need to score, otherwise you cannot win, and it is very frustrating, also for the players because they want to score. We have to finish better than we did today."
