Nigeria Professional Football League side, Giwa FC are close to signing Isiaka Olawale from FC Dolphins of Port Harcourt, a close source told tomiwababalola.com.
Olawale joined Dolphins in 2012 from Kwara United, where he also spent two seasons with the Afonja Warriors.
We further gathered that the deal is yet to be finalised due to the team's pre-season preparations, which will be rounded off on Thursday, and the team will return to Jos same day.
"Coach Gbenga Ogunbote sent for two players to be added to his team and Olawale Isiaka is one of them."
"The only thing remaining in his contract is to sign the dotted lines and he will be playing in the jerseys of Giwa from this weekend."
The 32-year old midfielder helped the Stanley Eguma's men avoid relegation last season, and he will be playing for the Jos outfit as the season commences this weekend.
