Gbagada FC manager, Akinyelu Olajide, has expressed excitement after his side dumped Nigeria Professional Football League side, Ikorodu United out of the ongoing Lagos FA championship on Tuesday Morning.

Gbagada won the game 5-3 on penalties after the normal proceedings ended 1-1 but the Sam Okpodu threw two of their penalties away.
"Well, I really can't say for now, we came here with the mindset that we could get the job done and we are glad at the end we are in the final lap of the tournament. "

Ikorodu's next NPFL game will be against Shooting Stars of Ibadan, who will be looking to bounce back from their last weekend's defeat in the hands of Sunshine Stars of Akure.
