Spanish league side, Espanyol, have signed Quique Sanchez Flores as their new head coach on a three year deal ahead of the 2016/17 league season.
The former Watford manager left the English Premier league side after the end of the 2015/16 season on a mutual consent, according to the club's management.
The 51 year old, who helped Watford finished 13th on the EPL log will be replacing Romanian Constantin Galca, who joined the club last December but did not get his contract renewed.
Espanyol came 13th in La Liga in 2015-16 but only secured their top-flight status on the final day of the season.
His departure paves the way for Flores to take his ninth job as a manager and he will be presented to the media on Monday.
