Plateau United head coach, Zachary Baraje, expressed excitement following his side's 1-0 win over Kennedy Boboye's Abia Warriors in last Sunday's Nigeria Professional Football league game.
Second half substitute, Ibeh Johnson, have the former Akwa United manager's side all three points at the Umuahia Township Stadium, making it three wins out of their last five league games.
The Jos side, despite their win over the weekend are just one spot over the relegation zone, with 29 points from 24 games and will be welcoming 7th position Akwa United in their next NPFL game.
"I enjoyed the way my wards shocked them," Baraje told Goal.
"It was a great game for the neutral and there was a lot of emotion shown on both sides. That's what you want to see in games.
"As you are right in the thick of things, there are a number of situations you feel as a team and as a side we need to deal better with, but overall you never lose that love of football and what it entails and the emotions it can engender."
