Super Eagles striker, Brown Ideye has insisted that he is happy at West Bromwich Albion, saying leaving the club was never an option he considered finding his form in the second half of the EPL season.
The former Dynamo Kiev striker's goal gave the Baggies all three points when they clashed against Tony Pulis' Stoke City over the weekend.
Ideye, who remains the club's record signing got on the score sheet in the 20th minute of the game to send the home fans a message that his here to stay.
“I don’t know why I have to leave; I am happy here and I’m happy that things have turned out this way for me; right now I have very happy for the team and for myself. I just have to keep on working hard so that I can turn out very well for my team”
The 10 m forward has now scored 7 goals in all competition for the baggies who are up 13th on the log with just nine games left to be played this season.
Tony Pulis, who picked the EPL manager's of the month award last week will take on sloppy Manchester City at the Etihad next weekend after suffering a major blow to their title defence by losing to Burnley at Turf Moore on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Victor Moses was substituted in the 58th minute of the game after he failed to lift his side up in the difficult period of the game.
