Super Eagles team coordinator, Patrick Pascal (MON) has confirmed that the camp of the Nigeria's senior national team has been opened today but players won't arrive until tomorrow.

Pascal explained that the players were allowed to play for their various clubs in the midweek fixtures of the Nigerian Professional Football League before they start to stroll into the camp a day after.

Yes, the Super Eagles  camp has been opened today but the players have midweek match to play. .After all, they will  join the camp on Thursday."

The Super Eagles will battle Chad Republic on June 13th in the 2017 African Cup of Nations qualifiers in Kaduna before facing Tanzania later the same month.

The 2013 Afcon winners failed to appear at the 2015 edition and they would have to work hard to qualify ahead of Egypt, who have won the title seven times.
