Colombia striker, Jackson Martinez has revealed that he will leave Porto to join Atletico Madrid this summer on a four-year deal.
Martinez, who is also wanted by some other English and Italian clubs told the press after losing 4-5 to Argentina in the quarter finals of the 2015 Copa America championship in Chile on Saturday.
