The Brazilian U-20 national team have dumped Senegal out of the ongoing FIFA world cup in New Zealand on Wednesday.
The AYC finalist were beaten 5-0 in one of the semi finals of the championship, which means that the hopes of the junior Teranga Lions of reaching the final has been cut short.
An early own goal by defender Andelinou Correa in the fifth minute was followed by a beautiful finish from Marcos Guilherme two minutes later as Brazil made their dominance count.
Boschilia and Jorge Jesus completed the dominant first half for the South Americans and Guilherme scored the final goal late in the second half.
Brazil head to the final in search of a record-equaling sixth title and await the winner between Serbia and Mali in the other semi final.
