Flying Eagles Captain Signs A Three-Year Deal With Turkish Club

Flying Eagles captain, Musa Mohammed, has joined a Turkish club, Istanbul Basaksehir FK on a three year deal and his handler has described the move as a step towards greatness.

Adam Mohammed, who facilitated the move said that the 18-year old defender said life is just starting for the talented and dogged defender in Europe.

“The real work starts now for Musa. If he listens and is not carried away, then he could be one of the best in the world,” Adam Mohammed told AfricanFootball.com

“He has all the ingredients to be great and now he has a platform and time to be that.

“The player is very excited and he knows what he has to do now.”

On the other hand, the owner of FC Hearts of Abuja also disclosed that it was not such a difficult decision to opt for the Istanbul outfit despite a number of interests from some top European clubs like Hamburg and Rosenborg.

“The club genuinely want the player, they scouted him long before the U20 World Cup and will give him his chance in the first team. You cannot ask for more,” he said.

“They have built a brand-new stadium and in the new season, they will feature in the Europa League.

“They have many big plans and Musa is part of these plans.” Africanfootball
