Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo, has revealed that he has submitted a request to his recently promoted side, Watford for an improved contract ahead of the new EPL season.
Ighalo, who was on target for Nigeria in Kaduna when they hosted Chad in their first African Cup of Nation's qualifiers for 2017 Gabon championship disclosed that he had the chance to join a Chinese but turned it down to stay with Watford.

"We are in talks with Watford for an improved deal, I hope for the best in this,” Ighalo informed AfricanFootball.com
"I am not bothering myself about that because I have my agent doing the talking, while I am doing the job on the field. We train twice daily in preparation for the new EPL season.
“Everything is on my agent for a new deal."
