Enyimba;s Joseph Osadiaye has insisted that the NPFL defending champions can still progress to the semi final stage of the ongoing Caf Champions League.
The two-time African champions needed to win their two remaining games against Zamalek in
Egypt, and Mamelodi Sundowns in Nigeria to seal a spot in the ;last four of the continental championship.
He said that the Aba warlords will need a little bit of luck to complement their hard work, which was missing in their first two group games.
"Our chances in the Caf Champions League is still very bright," Osadiaye told Goal.
"We are playing very well but may be we need a little bit of luck because the goals aren't coming as we would have wished.
"Though we haven't earned a point yet but we know right now that a win in Egypt and in Nigeria will do us a lot of good. So basically, we shall give in our best to achieve this goal.
"The management of the club have been fantastic same as the fans but we are determined and confident ahead of the two matches against Zamalek in Egypt and at home to Sundowns which i know that we shall win by God's grace."
Eyimba FC will face Zamalek SC on August 12 in Egypt, before they host Sundowns in Nigeria on August 24.
