Nigeria Football Federation president, Amaju Pinnick, has disclosed that the Super Eagles will play all their 2018 FIFA world cup qualifiers at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt.
Nigeria are drawn in the same group with Algeria, Zambia and Cameroon, hoping to pick the sole ticket for the Russia 2018 mundial.
The former Delta state FA chairman also said that they will play their inconsequential Afcon qualifiers against Tanzania in the same venue, to test run the stadium.
"We will play our 2018 World Cup qualifiers from November at the Adokieye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt," the Federation boss divulged.
Super Eagles will begin the qualifiers campaign away from home on October 3rd at Zambia. Eagles will play her first home game on November 7th as they hosts Algeria on matchday two fixture.
Meanwhile, before the World Cup qualifiers games Eagles will play Tanzania in the final matchday of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers next month (September).
Pinnick added; "We will play our 2017 Afcon tie against Tanzania in Port Harcourt next month as dress rehearsal for November game.
"I believe this decision will help our team get familiar with the pitch ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
"As a board, we want to do everything possible to make our qualification for 2018 World Cup, a reality."
