Enugu Rangers winger, Chisom Egbuchulam, has expressed disappointment over his side's 1-1 draw against Enyimba in Nigeria Professional Football League match on Sunday.
The Enugu based team rose to the summit of the league despite dropping two points last weekend as the former league leaders, Wikki Tourists were beaten 3-0 in Makurdi.
The winger, who assisted Godwin Aguda to give the Flying Antelopes a lifeline in the game against the defending champions said: "We deserved to win and we had built up our hopes."
"Instead, this draw occurred. The equaliser was useful for our morale, but obtaining the three points would have been better.
"Now, we want to immediately get on our feet again and move on.
"We can't complain. Certainly, we should have won, but I think that we showed a positive performance.
"Our pace was very high over the 90 minutes."
Rangers, who haven't won a league title in over three decades are currently at the top of the NPFL table following the draw with 48 points from 28 matches.
