Enyimba's Abu Azeez Commends LMC For Spanish Tour

Enyimba FC midfielder, Abu Azeez, has commended the Nigeria Professional Football Organising body, the League Management Company for the partnership with the Spanish League organisers which has created an avenue for the NPFL players to participate in an international friendly tour of Spain in August.

The former Warri Wolves midfielder said this opportunity will give the NPFL players rub shoulders with most of the players thye've always adored on television.

The former Supersand Eagles player added that the tour will give Nigerian players some level of exposure and also broaden their horizon to the game of football.

"That's a rare opportunity, we see the Laliga on TV but it would be a life time opportunity to play alongside the stars from that same league," Azeez told Goal.

"This opportunity will be a huge exposure for both the NPFL brand and the players who will play in the League. The LMC has really done well and deserve to be appreciated."

The tour of Spain by the stars from the NPFL is a part of the recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the the League Management Company (LMC) and the Spanish Football League, LaLiga.

The NPFL All Stars selected side are expected to play against Valencia in the Carranza and La Liga World Tournament.
