Warri Wolves head coach, Mansur Abdullahi, has said that he was proud of his team despite losing 1-0 to Abia Warriors in last Sunday's Nigeria Professional Football League Game.
Chinenye Agoha scored the only goal of the game in the 50th minute to redeem his side, which has only managed to win one out of his last five games.
Abdullahi, who oversaw his first game in charge of the Seasiders also disclosed to tomiwababalola.com that the performance of the team attracted commendation from the Delta State Sports Commission chairman for the first time in a long while.
The Seasiders are 15th on the log with 31 points 26 games, and with 10 games to go in the season, the coach also said that the boys are not comfortable with their current position on the log, which will keep them fighting until the season rounds off.
