Stephen Adah has admitted that FC Ifeanyi Ubah's Nigeria Professional Football league clash against Enugu Rangers will be tough, but he's hoping his teammates will be able to avenge their first leg defeat in Enugu this Wednesday.
Adah, who was once Rangers attacking midfielder insisted that the Anambra Warriors wants to inflict some pain on the Flying Antelopes, who are currently the NPFL leaders.
FCIU were beaten 1-0 at the Nnamdi Azikwe stadium in Enugu in the first fixture earlier in the season.
Adah said his side are preparing adequately to challenge the league leaders for the three points that are at stake,
"We are obviously on a revenge mission against Enugu Rangers this Wednesday, if you remember, they beat us in the first leg of the encounter this season. We are hoping the clash provides us with a rare opportunity to even scores.
"The encounter is not going to be easy, just like any other derby clash, but we are steeling ourselves for the epic clash."
"We are not doing anything extraordinary, but the needful to ensure we claim the whole points."
“'course, Enugu Rangers have taken their fair share of the points, so Wednesday will be the right time for us to take ours to further boost our position on the league log," the former Enugu Rangers and FC Taraba hitman told supersport
FC IfeanyiUbah are 10th on the top-flight log with 40 points, eight behind league leaders and neighbours, Enugu Rangers.
